Species description is based on a single isolate.
Gram-positive, long rods, 0.3-0.4 x 3.5–4.5 µm. Non-spore-forming. Non-motile.
Colonies show ivory colour with 1-2mm in diameter on YBHI agar. Optimal pH is 6.0,
optimal growth temperature is 37 ºC. Obligate anaerobic.
Isolated from a faecal sample collected from a healthy woman, in Korea.
Undetermined.
