Following germs should have a good to very good growth at 35-37
°C in 24 hours: Escherichia coli (25922) and Escherichia coli (11775).

COMPOSITION
Contains per litre 10g tryptone (Difco), 5g yeast extract, 5g sodium
chloride. Supplements, such as 1% sorbitol, are added to Luria
Bertani agar medium for Erwinia amylovora and related species.
Adjust the pH of the solution to 7.4. For solid medium add 15 g agar
to 1 litre of Luria Bertani broth.
Sterilize by autoclaving at 121 ºC for 15 minutes.
