Pseudomonas proteolytica  Reddy et al. 2004.
Gram negative rods, motile by a polar flagellum.
On solid medium: circular, convex, smooth and translucent colonies with a diameter
of 1–2 mm. Aerobic, psychrophilic - growth temperature 4-30°C (optimum 22 °C), 48h.
Can tolerate 3% NaCl (w/v). Optimum pH = 7.
Trypticase Soy Agar   ± 5% sheep blood, Antarctic Bacterial Medium (0.5% peptone,
0.2% yeast extract & 1.5% agar at pH 6.9).
Isolated from cyanobacterial mat samples (water)  that were collected from Antarctica.
Unknown.
