Pseudomonas mohnii Cámara et al. 2007.
Gram-negative cells, non-spore-forming.
Colonies are circular and white–yellow on Luria Bertani agar. Do not produce a
fluorescent pigment on King’s B medium.Optimal temperature 30 ºC/ Does not grow
at 41 ºC or in media supplemented with 5 or 7%NaCl.
Media: Tripticase Soy Broth Agar, King’s B medium, Luria Bertani agar.
Isolated from sequencing batch reactor treating paper mill effluent, enrichment with isopimaric acid.
Unknown; isopimaric acid-degrading bacteria.
